VCPA INFO:
– What is supplied: chairs, music stands, interior climate controls, stage lighting, plenty of bathrooms, green rooms.
– Date/Time: Monday, March 31, 7:15 pm downbeat.
If you are able to help set up the stage, e.g., moving chairs and stands, please come at 6:30 pm.
– Location: Valley Center for Performing Arts, Oakland Hills Campus aka Holy Names University; 3500 Mountain Blvd., Oakland, CA 94619.
– Directions: Near the intersection of Highway 13 and Redwood Road (East Side). Follow the signs to “Holy Names University”
– Entrance: There is a staffed kiosk with a security guard who will ask you for your name and where on the campus you will be going (“Theater”, – which is directly in front of you).
– The guard will wave you through so you can park. Please provide yourself with sufficient time to pass through the security gate.
– Parking: After leaving the security gate, make the first right turn into the parking lot. The theater entrance is directly across from the parking lot.
