Currently the orchestra has ~50 members, all volunteers, who contribute financially each semester. We rehearse Monday evenings, with dress rehearsals on Wednesday evenings. We present five free concerts each year.
Musicians interested in joining should contact our Music Director, Eric Hansen at info@prometheussymphony.org. We are particularly interested in string players and percussionists. Although there are currently no openings in the winds, we do occasionally need substitutes or additional players for these sections. We welcome minors (under 18) and have protective policies in place.
